Even if she only wanted 3, all she would have to have done is hold up three fingers. I think that is pretty universal for the number 3. Of course in some countries that may be just like giving some one the middle finger.

He at least should have gave her the whole "go home and think about it for a week or two and then come back" speech. Of course, she may have not gone to the most reputable tatoo parlor either.

surgical removal of those tattoos will be outrageously expensive and even more painful.
surely waivers of some kind were signed so she doesn't have a leg to stand on,

Though she was of legal age to have a tattoo wherever she wanted it, I'm thinking a reputable tattoo artist would think twice before tattooing the face of such a young person. Then again.... if someone asks and can pay for it....

i would think so. but for all he knows she is a circus performer.
her decision to get tattoos on her face in the first place is not his fault.
her bad choice is her's alone, whether or not he misinterpreted her initial request.
although i agree, she will never have the opportunity to get a decent job looking like that.
a spur of the moment decision on her part will change her life forever.
one would think that when the guy put the initial stencil on her face she
would have said NO, and she didn't so now she has to live with her horrible choice.
First of all how is a tattoo artist going to draw tattoos with her nodding off?
Second of all if she did fall asleep it's NOT the best thing to do while someone is drawing on your face cause you could wake up suddenly which would equate to a disaster.
Keep in mind I'm saying this and I don't have not one tattoo.
My barber will not cut my hair when I dose off asleep or if I'm nodding so I find it hard to believe this woman.

I've seen people fall asleep during lengthy sittings before. This is when getting their back or legs or chest done. You fall asleep cause the longer it takes, the more numb that area gets. and it can get pretty boring sitting there for hours on end.
This girl was "suppose" to only get 3 stars on her face? Bullshit. It would only take a few mins. Not enough time to relax and fall asleep.
And the artist is providing a service to his client. Who is of age. He doesn't need to act as her father. If she walked in and wanted work done .....she knew what she was getting into. And he is not to blame for her stupidity.
