Here is my opinion on the new PJ song "Got Some".

I noticed Got Some was getting bashed on some of the forums on here. I personally think it shouldn't. It is an awesome song because it has awesome guitar parts and it is very catchy. It's a new kind of style for our favorite band but I still think it's awesome and Backspacer will be too.

    I'm definitely a fan of the song. Sounds just like Pearl Jam to me, and that's all I need.

    I've loved it since the start its a great song and its cool they are changing things up a bit :D cant wait for the album

    One of the many great things about Pearl Jam is they are constantly changing, growing and evolving. No two Pearl Jam songs sound alike. They have something at the very core of each song that give them their basic identity but they add new and different complex levels and layers they make them so interesting to listen to.

    Initially, I was not a big fan of "Got Some." However, after a few listens, I truly feel the song is pure genius. I am amazed at how these guys don't fit in some box and are distinct from anything else. Thank whatever you believe in for Pearl Jam because they deserve it.
