ED in DC tonight?

Former Fugazi bassist Joe Lally has been doing the solo thing since 2003 when his band broke up. Since then Lally has formed a band called The Black Sea and developed another project with Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante called Ataxia. He's also set out to play shows with just his bass and accompanying tracks from his laptop computer. His second solo album, "Nothing Is Underrated," was released in November 2007. Joe Lally appears tonight at the Black Cat in D.C.
