Irreversible

Just got done watching this 2003 flick from Gasper Noe. One of the more bizaare films I have ever seen, and thats saying alot since I like offbeat films.

Violent and disturbing, its a film shown in reverse order ala Memento. While I didnt like Memento, I liked Irreversible.

The camera angles were pretty ingenuous, and I have read that this combined with the score and the sound in the first 30 minutes was designed to create a sickening feeling in the audience.

The assault scene was brutal and graphic.

I think this film was brilliant and disturbing

    I watched that movei but i'm very sensitve with camera movement i get sick :oops: , i couldn't stand 20 minutes into the movie, but none the less the people who watched the movie with me said it was really good

    i know what you mean. But as I said, the director's whole point in making the movie that way, with the crazy camera movement was to make people sick. He wanted to create a mood. And from your response he seems to achieved that goal.
