Am I the only one...

who hasn't received a confirmation email or the boots for any of the boots ive ordered?

I ordered MSG 2, Hartford, and Mansfield 2

still haven't heard one word on any of them and definitely didn't get them in the mail as of today.

I just sent an email to the company this afternoon. Should I be concerned or are there others who are in the same boat?

    I called on Monday, they put my order together that afternoon, and it arrived on Wednesday

    think i'll call them tomorrow.

    I ordered Hartford, Mansfield I & II on July 1st and haven't heard a thing. If I don't hear from them by tomorrow afternoon I will be calling.

    lol it seems like more and more people are losing their patients as days go by. i ordered all them july 3 and still have not gotten anything. i emailed the 10c today and they replied saying the boots are being shipped right from the factory and gave this link http://pearljam.kufala.com/contact.php
    so i sent them an email and hopefully i'll start seeing a little progress. either they are really slow or there were LOTS of orders!

    trust me- call them. I emailed them too and they told me two weeks ago that they were going to be mailed out the next day- a week later- nothing. I called them and presto, not two days later they are in my mailbox

    I ordered Bonnaroo and MSGII and just got an email about MSG today....have heard nothing of Bonnaroo.
    Like a word misplaced...nothing said...what a waste

    i have similarly seen nothing of my MSG1 (the only boot i've ordered)... and i was debating ordering another boot but i'm not sure if i can stand the wait. it eats away at the back of my brain day in and day out.

    You know, here is what I dont get. And this is not directed at you, but more of and in general comment. If you ordered something from somewhere else on line or from a dept store, or through the mail or whatever, if you dont get it in a timely manner, wouldnt you call or email customer service to ask why? I have seen SOOOOO many people on this board that have issues with not getting emails, or not receiving boots, and whether it is 2 or 3 weeks or whatever, why dont you people call them instead if venting that you havent gotten anything? That is why there are cusomer service emails and numbers, for this VERY thing. Just bugs me a bit that people who havent asked are still complaining, when it is VERY clear that there are OTHERS on this board that have called and gotten the answers they needed, and in most cases their boots in a matter of days after contaxct....Just surprises me is all. Carry on! ;)
