No More / the new administration

Do you think Eddie or the band will be playing "No More" anytime soon, if ever? 2 Eddie shows so far, and it hasn't been played.

What are your predictions? Mine are that this song will NOT be played during Eddie's shows or the upcoming PJ tour. Maybe in the future if things don't change, but not this one. I think they are trying to take a break from angry politics, and are trying to "give Obama a chance."

Thoughts?

    Thank you. A cheesey movie that makes a great point. "They live while we sleep." I agree with your statement about the "new, prettier face." Although I'm not a huge fan of the song "No More" I would like to see the guys be critical of Obama if he isn't delivering on promises of CHANGE.

    They should play it. What progress has been made on ending the war? How many troops have returned? Promises yeah, but the media has ignored it now that their hero is in charge. If it was ever about ending the war and the saving the troops and not about george bush and/or scoring points with springsteen and dylan then he should definitely play it.

    I'm with you guys. There's still a war going on, that many have forgotten about. No More needs to be heard.

    Why? Ed debuted it solo in 2006 in Hawaii at the Jack Johnson benefit concert and played it just about every solo show last year. I think if we're ever going to hear it again it would be on his solo tour.

    truthfuly..i don't give a fuck what Ed thinks about Obama...i mean i hope he isn't letting those rose colored glasses stay on his face too long..but i am a man who thinks for himself and i don't need Ed to tell me who i should trust and who i shouldn't trust..as some people seem to base their opinions off of what he says...part of the reason i love the guy is he's a patriot and speaks up when things need to be said, even if it's not popular...so that being said..i doubt he is still big on Obama...i don't care what people say..got some is partly about the current administration...and i'm sure we will hear more from Ed next year when they tour..as Obama goes back on his words and continues to pick up where Bush left off(which is what he has been doing)
