  • I'm sorry, I don't know how you people in Texas and the south in general do it, that's just too f'n hot. I like my seasonal temp's to fluctuate a little more than 100's every day. I'll take 75-80 every time. :) Perch season's in full swing here, going to try and go this weekend.

We think the same thing when we see people up there shoveling snow while I am walking the dog in shorts. It is all relative I guess.

Good point, nothing like averaging 120 inches of snow a year, like we do here, you take the good with the bad I guess. still I like cooler temp's than roasting my balls off. :D

Usually by this time in Utah, it's starting to get pretty toasty outside. Well, it's been raining for almost 3 straight weeks.

I went to Seattle in late May and it was clear skies, fairly warm and beautiful....came home and it was rainy, cold, soggy....WTF?!?

It's almost summer, and we're just barely getting the worst of the spring weather. Utah is a hot son of a bitch though, and the heat will come sooner or later....July and August are right around the corner. 8-)

  • I HATE this weather!!! I am a lifeguard/swim instructor at EAST BANK CLUB and depend on nice weather for work. The weather has been soo shitty that they don't need me to work all the time. I have been called off of like 5 shifts in the past 1 1/2-2 weeks. I am getting screwed out of money!! It used to be a blessing when it would rain and I get called off once every 3 weeks.

I think the weather is gonna be nice this weekend, it was pretty humid and hot out today in Chicago. Next week I'm leaving for Ireland and doesn't it rain very very often thurrr? I better be nice and warm!!

haha ... it's funny how some of y'all don't believe in climate change but just based on the posts on here - it's proof it's happening ...

abnormal weather everywhere - that's the essence of climate change ... we're altering the weather ...
Because weather has always been so predictable. It snowed on my birthday (June 2) this year. This is the 4th time (that I remember) that I have had snow on my birthday. Usually it is pretty nice here in early June but sometimes it's really hot and other times it's really cold. When it was really hot in the 80s it was because of the greenhouse effect. When it was really hot in the 90s it was the ozone hole. Now it's simply climate change. Never heard a catch phrase for cold weather in June before so I guess climate change takes care of that for us.

The climate change agenda is a bunch of crap. Pollution / emissions control = good thing. Climate change agenda to try to scare people into thinking that we have some measurable effect on the weather = bad thing.
