i see day's of the new open for metallica back in '98 at the molson amp. it was just amazing. still today i watch that vhs tape from seattle show. he is one of the greatest acoustic rocking guitarist out there. by far the most underated performer.

D, I guess I'm blind, but where does it say anything about Meeks and Vedder?

and I wasn't going to admit this, but when I first read your post, I misread it and though it said "Travis Barker" (from Blink 182):lol::lol: and I was thinking, D thinks this is mindblowing?????

Ok, so the subject line is a little misleading. I thought Meeks/Vedder happened! I would be totally for it. I've seen Travis a couple times in a small club. It would be great to see him get a chance to open for Ed, or his band open for Pearl Jam. He's went through some bad times, but he's only like 30 years old and still a very talented guy. It would be a great thing for Ed/Pearl Jam to re-introduce people to him.

I'm pretty sure he was featured on Intervetion on A&E. Was bad on drugs and went through all of his money but went to rehab and was better at the time of the show. Pretty sad because he is talented.
