Eddie Vedder Song Question

I heard him soundchecking this song a few times and I cannot for the life of me figure out what it is.
He did not play it at either Albany shows... it's a mystery!

The song is gorgeous, a finger picking song with Eddie harmonizing on the vocals with louder plucks on the guitar.

Any help?

Here's a few of the lyrics I was able to pick up and remember.

    He definitely sound checked it in Albany, but I have looked up what lyrics I could find to no avail.

    I wonder if it's a new PJ Song or just some random ridiculously obscure cover!?

    The name of this song is The End......... supposedly it will be released on the new album.
