ISO cubs v sox tix

hey... have a friend coming to visit chicago next week and i wanna show her the full chicago experience... a cubs game is a must and luckily it just so happens to be the big cub sox series... hopefully ill be able to get a couple tickets for a reasonable price... looking for 2 or 3

if not, id settle for tickets for cubs indians over the weekend

    Good luck - hottest tix in town! :) You can try Craigslist or stubhub, but I doubt you will get "reasonable" pricing on there. Just keep an eye out as the game gets closer...or even day of game actually. We have found tix the day of games - sometimes someone can't go last min and throw em on for face.

    Waiting til after first pitch and gettin some tickets on the street will prob be the cheapest option. I did this last year for sox-cubs and paid just a little bit over face value. Otherwise, you'll be paying out the ass if you buy them in advance off any sites like stubhub.

    yah thats what i figured... ive never had trouble finding tix on the street on game day... might just try that... if nothing else itll be fun to drink in wrigleyville

    Great idea :) We haven't done that, but we should! Guess it's easier when you live IN the city...we are on the northside about 20 -30 mins out so never really considered that an option...but duh makes perfect sense! :D
