How to stay logged in?

It seems for a while I was able to stay logged in on the site/forums, but now I cannot stay logged in longer than about 30 minutes - if I'm not active in that time, it will log me out and I have to click the "login" button to log back in. It's only a minor annoyance, but it's still an annoyance...

This is because the board displays your online status. If you are inactive, it logs you out so that others know you are not online. It's a feature.

What i have found is if, when I am logged out, I attempt to reply to a thread or start a new thread, it takes you to a log in screen with the option of always leave me logged in , or something like that. Then, it keeps me logged in for a long time.

Animal, you are a genius! That worked! Thanks! It's kind of an easter egg/hidden feature!

Thanks for the tip! I will try it. :) So tired of having to log in each time, I usually don't.
