Ed Vedder 6/11 Philly 10c ticket(s), esp. for ride from NYC

Have two 10c tickets for the Eddie Vedder show this Thursday night in Philly. Only problem is, my friend (also my ride) can no longer make it.
I don't think the 10c will let me transfer my tickets, even to another 10c member, but I'd be open to it if they would, so let me know if you're interested in both for face ($169 total) provided that's allowed.
However, I'd also be interested in giving someone my extra at face value if you can give me a ride to and from NYC for the show. I'm a mid-20s dude who'd be perfectly chill company. I can only provide a single ticket if I can get down there myself to pick them up, though, which requires a ride.
Had 4th row center and 17th row center for EV in New York last summer, so would hate to miss this one and am hoping to get similarly sweet tickets.
Please let me know if you're interested in both or one (including the ride).
