Just got back from seeing her. She put on a great show. Anyone a fan? Anyone a fan of New Pornographers?

    dude (sorry if you're not a dude) but dude...seriously she's the greatest. i've listened to middle cyclone probably 800 times front to back since its release and i'm convinced that there hasn't been a better album put out in 30 years. (many albums have been just as good, but not better) that may be a bit of an overstatement, but i don't care, it's perfect. anyway, yeah i'm a fan. i think i might go check her out in b-more when she comes to rams head live.

    oh and i love the new pornographers too. but they don't compare to the work of solo neko. twin cinema is my favorite album from them.

    i really dig that this tornado loves you song. The way the repeat that line at the end of the song is pretty awesome

    Neko is great.

    I love the new album too. cause she's an animal :)

    I like some of the NP stuff, but they don't hook me like neko's solo stuff does. I'm going to see her for the first time in a couple months. i'm very excited :D

    I saw Neko for the first time live last night.

    Just as good live as on the album. Her voice is amazing and I loved the show. I was very disapointed when i missed her earlier in the year so i'm so happy she came back to Atlanta twice this year.

    If you are a fan and she is coming to your town you should check her out it was awesome :P

    yeah, i saw her in denver about a month ago - fucking sweet. her band (i think they're still called "her boyfriends") is awesome. she's also really funny onstage. and to whomever mentioned "this tornado loves you" - shit, that lines gets stuck in my head likd no one's business...

    Unfortunately she came here to the most beautiful amphitheatre called Red Butte Gardens about two weeks before I discovered and immediately fell in love with her...

    I'm very sad about missing what I'm sure was a fantastic show. Her voice is so fluttering, and it just puts me in a good mood the minute I hear it...

    On top of all that, she is a fucking BABE...

    just saw her in baltimore last night. show was amazing, got stand up front and lean on the stage without waiting for a spot. great crowd too, except one guy who kept yelling shit, and on two particular occasions calling kelly hogan a whore...maybe it was an inside joke that i wasn't getting though, because neko, kelly and the band didn't seem too offended by it.....the july tour poster artwork is fantastic by the way.

    she wrote "of course I will" on the poster :D

    Neko does no wrong. It took a couple listens to grab me but she is so good. So happy she makes music

    Anybody been to any of her shows so far for the new record?

    We never miss her when she comes to town, and we're seeing her at Radio City Music Hall on Thursday. Cannot wait!

    I have front row for Charlottesville two days before the PJ show at the end of October and can't wait. The new album is amazing and I've seen her many times before. It's always a great show but I named my daughter Neko Grace so maybe I'm biased... ? :lol:
