I saw the ad on TV and it looks quite good. Looking forward to seeing it.

We saw it last week and liked it. Evidently the new publicity is helping them some, they are actually getting some bookings. They aren't bad, it's just they aren't memorable in any way. Maybe this will help. Good film documentary though. :)

not a fan of the band, not huge on metal esp. 80's stuff but this was a great doc. Think what you may of them but these guys work shit jobs and scratch and claw for any oppurtunity to play music. They never gave up on playing no matter how shitty it got/gets and was pretty cool to see. I was glad to hear the film got them some shows..good for them.

Simply one of the worst bands I've ever heard, but the movie doesn't look bad.

    I hated that movie.

I thought it was significant that they didn't show them playing much. Don't you think if they were so good the movie maker would just have shown a long bit of a performance? They didn't even have them complete ONE song in the movie. To me, that's evidence that they played like crap.

It wasn't as if they'd spent all these years getting better so why does continuing to pursue this idea get elevated like it does in this movie?!

This movie actually made me angry because I thought that singer was USING his family and his best friend to keep his illusion alive and they were paying the price of it.
