Pearl Jam Spectrum- I know another one

Just to add fuel to the proverbial fire. A close trusted friend of mine who works at the Wachovia Center said you can count on Pearl Jam playing the Spectrum. He didn't give an exact date but said sometime late September- October ish. Boom. Go Phillies.

    The 2005 Philly show was lining up to be the same night as the Phils in the playoffs, but we fell one game short! That would have been amazing, tailgating at the Wachovia with a sight of Citizens Bank Park and the game on the radio--but Eddie made it better by saying the Phils were cool and naming Jimmy Rollins and David Bell

    With the amount of people who have bits and pieces of information just like this, my guess is that these shows aren't booked yet, but talks are ongoing.

    The late September thing doesn't really jive with the (rumoured) Seattle dates in September ... then again, if they can go London --> Toronto --> Chicago --> San Fran, what is stopping them from going Seattle --> Philly --> Austin?

    I wish this would get confirmed!! The rumors are killing me, however, it does give me more time to save $$$ for tickets & posters. :D

    They will be in Philly in October. Bet on it. Too many people in the know keep hinting to them being there for the final month of the Spectrum before it RIP.

    that sounds about right because they said they would be coming back to europe during the winter during the press release for london and manchester

    september, october november the states, then december, january febuary europe

    Sorry, I didn't doubt the basic information, I doubted the fact that they'd play Europe in the winter.

    If I had to bet money on their return to Europe, I'd say next June, and they will play a few festival dates as well.

    i dont think theyd wait that long to come to europe if the new album is out in september. they could still come back and do a festival or two in the summer

    In September, I doubt it. If a Philly show(s) is in October, then maybe. But I doubt MSG -- seems like that's a once-every-other-tour kind of thing, perhaps due to the cost.
