Maybe there's no comments because all you posted was a link?

It's a tragedy and it's good that they got that loose cannon off the streets before he harmed other people.

What more is there to say really?

Ok fair enough I just figured It spoke for it self the intresting thing is this the only coverage this got was conservative talk radio and fox .The white house took three days to release a statement. could it be that they didnt want to touch it because of his trip to the middle east ? Tiller got more coverage and than this story did.
You would think Dr.Tom Dooley was murdered. :?

Tiller's is going to get more coverage as he was a specialized doctor doing something controversial.

Where I'm at they've both gotten equal coverage. Not much for either story really.

Rest in Peace. We need to treat our servicemen with the utmost respect, and I say that as someone pretty left.

my thoughts go out to his family.. I have been kinda unplugged for a few days so I wasn't aware of this.

I would like to know how this guy (Carlos Bledsoe) aka Abdulhakim Muhammad wasn't in jail prior to this for the 2004 for the 1ounce of marijuana and a cache of high-powered firearms he got busted with. How did he not serve time for this or at the very least (from what I read) get in any trouble?

"However, he escaped without any conviction on his record, the newspaper reported. Court records show only a single charge filed against him, accusing him of possessing an illegal weapon, but that charge was dismissed four months after his Feb. 21, 2004 arrest"
Thats a lovely accent you have. New Jersey?

Coming from a former serviceman our service men and women are doing a job many of us here wouldn't want to do. However the Tiller story is a bigger story just due to the controversey of what he did on this issue. Also that it appears this could have been avoided being that the FBI was contacted prior to the shooting about the man who appears to have killed Tiller.

Sounds like the police or the D.A. fucked up something in either the evidence or the paperwork chain, thus they could not pin it on him.
