Guitar for my 4 year old

One of my kids turns 4 in July and I want to get him a guitar. His twin loves to break stuff and bang on things, and we already have a hand me down drum set, so I'm not going to do anything there. But this one loves music, loves to sing, and seems to have a real aptitude for song in general. He is a little guy and I figure guitar would really help his fine motor skills (his fine motor skills are good, he's just not super strong).

What would any of you recommend?
Been to lots of shows. I love shows...

I would say to look at the First Act guitars, if you are looking for a "real" guitar. Four is a bit young to expect much, but having something will get him accustomed to the feel of a guitar. Good luck! :)
I still want you all to "take care"--I am just damn tired of typing it.

I got three of my nieces a walmart acoustic kid guitar, for $30 a piece. You can tune them and everything. If you're looking for a "real" guitar, you can try various places. There's a good guitar store near me that also manufactures their own house brand and ship their guitars all over the USA for free. http://www.guitarworksinc.net/ They personally tune all their guitars and string them themselves before shipping. They were quick to distinguish their budget line from big-box stores like costco's budget line.
ADD 5,200 to the post count you see, thank you. :)

Get a half-size one that's good and stays in tune.
If you want the child to like to play, you'll be helping if you get something that sounds good!
