I was able to sync it to my ipod before it was automatically removed from my itunes library (as "The Fixer"). Are there any sites where I can get an mp3 download if GS from last night? It's not like I'm going to make 1,000 copies of it and sell it from my car in the hood by the swap meet. Geez!!!

How in the world did someone zap your itunes? Don't you have to have a saved file in tunes before it will sync to an ipod?
"All I Ever Knew" available now in print and digital formats at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and iBooks.

When I downloaded it last night, right after the show (12:45 am), it was called "The Fixer - Live from the Conan O'Brien Show 6-1-09." It was fine. But when I got up this morning to listen again, there was a big exclamation point next to the title and when I clicked on it, there was a message saying the song couldn't be played from the current location. When I found out the link was removed for copyright reasons, I figured that that's why it was taken from my itunes.

  • Usually that exclamation point means it can't find the file. It happens when you play something right away and then move the file to a different spot on your computer. Like from your download folder or desktop to your music folder. Try searching your hard drive for 'the fixer' or something that is in the file name.
