greatest birthday gift ever...

so as of an hour ago, it became my birthday (june 3)... my fiancee's due date was june 3rd. monday night around 845pm her water broke and i thought we would have a quick labor. tuesday came and went without a baby. which means little riley should be here today.. so i will be sharing my birthday with my first son.. how cool and special is that?

    congrats, my buddy, who's bday is june 3rd as well had a daughter last september in south africa and just made it back to the States this week with his wife and child... :)

    i should fill you guys in.. as of 5:32am i have a son.. Riley Thomas... it took a while or her to reach 10cm..but one she did she gave 2 hard pushes and he came out.he is a giant, 9lb3oz, 21" long. i'm so proud of her for hanging in there that long.

    I had all plans on going to Epcot today for my birthday (they're doing the free admission on your birthday thing), but i would rather be spending it in a hospital holding m new son. i'll have pics later, i just got up from a brief nap.

    just think, in a few years...you and your son can BOTH go to disney for free on your birthdays, together. :D
