Got some Single

Since the rumor has it the album will be released in September, any chance the 10C will release "Got Some" on 7" vinyl or CD for sale on the website? September is a long way away and it would be nice to have a taste of it in studio/BOB style as opposed to the rough mixing on Conan last night.

    I hope so. Correct me if I am wrong, but I dont think they did that with last album. I thought the only singles were promo singles. All 3 of which I had to get on ebay. And they were CD's.

    I bought a Life Wasted 7" at a regular old record store... but I think it might have been after the record already came out.

    If that was indeed the 7" single... they don't just make one of those for shits and giggles...

    To be honest, I think Somethings Going On will be the first single. Its much catchier, was filmed for a commerical and its too far in advance to be playing Got Some if they plan on promoting it as the single.

    Perhaps the single in July will be "The Fixer" with "Got Some" as its b-side.

    But after that, I'll be in full NPJAA!!

    Yeah - the Kelly Curtis article said there'd be a single in July and they hadn't decided what it would be yet. Maybe it was just me but I thought the whole article seemed to be geared towards lowering our expectations with respect to anything becoming readily available in the coming days/weeks (i.e. singles, albums)

    I hope the single is the Showbox song, even though I love "Got Some," and that a third song from the album is the B-side. That way we'd be likely to hear at least three new tunes at Toronto/Chicago.
