Most Anticipated Show Of Fall 2013?
What is everyone thinking?
For the East Coast, I'm seeing alot of love for
Hartford
Philly 2 (23 Year Anniversary)
Surprising to say there is some talk of Brooklyn, but not nearly as much as I expected.
For the West Coast, it seems like Seattle is the only highly talked about show(s)
Now I'm not saying other cities are being completely ignored, but I'm not seeing the discussion there for them as much as others.
What do you think?
Which show are you looking forward to most and why?

That will be cool!
Perfect shade, humming high hats, dip.
I just hope there isn't a 3 hour rain delay.
:-)
That's awesome!
Lets hope the crowd stays into it.
In Seattle 09 no one knew the new songs and they played 7-8 each night and really killed the crowd momentum.
Hoping they learned from that last time!
MSG 2010 was insane, and I know New York will have great shows.
I haven't heard it discussed as much as I thought I would..
Charlottesville, VA 10/29/2013
"He who forgets will be destined to remember."
Just looks like a really cool venue, and it is the choice in "One of these things don't belong".
Same here!
Better late than never. Columbia, SC 2008 was an unexpected highlight of the 2008 tour and I could see Charlottesville in the category.
BMore for sure.Smallest venue, lots of 10clubbers.Sunday night Charm city swag.It will be the show and the boot that has instant classic vibe.
Exactly! Glad to see some love for Texas from the boys. It will be amazing.
2013 Wrigley
2013 Dallas
2013 Oklahoma City
2013 Seattle
How I choose to feel is how I am.
There's just one word I still believe...and it's LOVE.
"Take care of one another..." -EV
I do too.
"...I changed by not changing at all..."
And yes, it's because I'll be going to all three of them.
Dallas/OKC - Kicking off Leg 2 of the tour in a neglected part of the country with fans who have been drooling for a show. Both are weekend shows, back to back, and for the most part everyone seems to be going to both shows. It just has the makings of a crazy, awesome weekend of shows to kick off the second leg.
Seattle - Well, it's PJ in Seattle, where they haven't played since 2009, on the last show of their tour. That should be enough in itself to explain. Seems a lot of people are traveling a great distance for this show too.
I do think for some reason the dark horse shows will be Charlottesville and Baltimore. Charlottesville is such a beautiful area, especially late October and I think the band clearly knew full well of this when choosing to play there. Both smaller venues, and a lot of 10 clubbers. I don't know why, but I just get the feeling of two great, kind of "weird", trippy shows being played there - instant classics.
Every show is going to be great on this tour. The US has been waiting - it's going to be a great tour. And from what we've seen already, Ed is definitely already changing up the set lists a bit.

+1
given the dead 10C crowd in the best seats in the house at Vancouver 2011 and EV calling em out...I'm expecting the GA pit to be ALIVE and Eddie's set list strategically set to light the GM Place crowd on fire.
My first PJ show was in GM Place, my home town, GA 10C tickets.
Seattle Key Arena two days later may be ok too
Spokane should be somewhat special too i'd guess?
Really... what PJ show attended isn't special / epic? Another thing to debate come this fall. :fp:
