Fill out a form? What does it look like?
I'm able to just click the Video links in the Tour section then play.

This video caused my browser to crash the first time I tried it. The 2nd time it caused my computer to shut down. No more will I try.

Wish there was an option where we can choose the size (small, medium, large) format. It's large right away.

For example ...

WELLINGTON 1998 is 22.1 MB flv format.
The video width is 720 x 480

BRAIN OF J - MAUI - FEB 21 1998 is 36.1 MB flv format.
The video width is 1920 x 1080.

Not many older video cards can do 1080. Why the are freezing up. Locking or shutting down.
