I don't understand how people can fall for this.

It's £20 for a double LP, if it's a good boot then who cares. Soldier field is a boot a a lot you pay stupid money for it.
What Records is a very very trusted retailer and I've bought a lot if music from there in the past. Good prices generally, reliable and records are usually packed very well. If this never sees the light of day you can be sure What Records will refund you.

Nah not really. If its incomplete, I ain't interested. TBH I only really collect boots from the shows I've attended, with the exception of the huge Mansfield show and final Seattle night 2000.

You my friend are missing out. There's a whole bunch of killer boots available. Do yourself a favor and find State College, PA/03, and the Spectrum shows from when they closed it out. Consider your mind blown! ;) Not to mention, there are'nt to many vinyl boots of complete shows so I'll take what I can get.

Christ alive guys don't waste your money on this... it's just a bootleg release, using eastern european loopholes. The CD release of this (which, I imagine, they pressed this vinyl from) sounds pretty average as well.

I went for it after some debate. The what folks are great and I trust their judgment. I wish there was more info about it, but worst is I get an LP that doesn't sound great. I can live with that.

I assume this is a boot, right? Is it worth it to pay nearly $50 to get it to the US? Just curious is this is a good purchase.

Since it's released from whatrecords, I'm pretty sure it's an official release that Pearl Jam permitted to whatrecords to release.

Its a boot...nothing official about it. Probably sourced from MP3s that they used to make the CD.

Agree...however the "melbourne vinyl boot" is the only one I have that sounds really good. Its the only one that I will play repeatedly :D Just wish It had a nice cover...(surely there is a graphic artist out there that can make a picture sleeve for the community.. :D)

What Records very trust worthy, I have order from them all the time, yes it's allot of money but this is a one shot deal, I ordered the Alice in Chains "Dirt" and "Unplugged" Limited colored vinyl 180gram, and the vinyl was pressed on "Music on Vinyl" label, so I ordered the Pearl Jam and Nirvana, colored 180 gram you can't go wrong, comes out to be $45.00 U.S. dollars each shipped.

I just wish someone would boot "Unplugged" .... now thats one that I would PAY to get on vinyl. Full performance with RITFW would be UNBELIEVABLE  on vinyl. Somebody get What Records on the phone and get this done :)

Interesting that when I posted a link to this a while back when it got issued on cd no-one was interested. Now its on white vinyl....

Nope. The cd was released by Chrome Dreams. The source of the music is from radio station broadcasts.

Everything I have heard about the CD is that the quality is "OK" so I would assume the source for the vinyl is the same.
