On Pearl Jam radio yesterday they announced that PJ20 weekend would be the band's only US shows for 2011. this was part of the whole PJ20 announcement on PJ radio. Sorry!

While I find this highly unlikely, I will keep my fingers crossed. Besides PillowPants, you've been around here long enough to know that they never stop in Boston without hitting NYC, Philly/Camden, or Hartford in the same tour.
Oh and 1 year ago today was the best PJ show I have ever been at.
I sure hope this is true. It would be on a Friday which means I'd be able to make the trip!

That would be awesome! I'd have to be pretty damn close to the field, if it were Fenway, or at the Gahden.
But anyway... why don't they have a PPV event on TV? That way, everyone in North America or even in Europe can see it, if they can't make it. I know I had a thread in here somewhere about that...

I highly doubt this will happen. I live near Boston and believe me I would love for them to play in Boston this year but it ain't happening...this is nothing more than a figment of Pillow Pants' imagination.

Hmmm, interesting. The Sox are out of town from 9/5 - 9/12.
I've been wondering when Theo would get them in there. Maybe this is the year?
Saw Springsteen there 10 years ago, unbelievable.
Fingers crossed
