    Ya good call on this, they have never done 2 in Hartford... I think their first couple of experiences in Hartford didnt go so well 96 and 98 at the ampitheatre... there were security issues at both shows... but 06,08,10 have been 3 great shows with no issues! I think the sound is so much better at the arena in hartford then Comcast ampitheatre.
    "Low Light" would have been great at the Meadows. Either way, hoping for another arena show at the Civic Center.

    Agreed about low light. Personally, I fucking love the meadows to death. I love everything about the nice weather, tailgate shitshow before hand, half inside/half outside show. I definitely prefer it to the XL but I'm happy with ANY show in CT. 2010 show was phenomenal. The 2008 show was one of my fav shows ever.

    I prefer 2008 for a particular reason but 2010 was all-out fun. Find me a better 3-song combo than SOLAT-ATBL-Porch. Those three in a row tore the roof off the XL. Also loved the story before "Nothingman."

    I need a show very soon!

    Could be happening this fall at the Civic Center! Was listening to 99.1 this morning and Jim Koplik was on to make an announcement for another concert and someone called in, asking if there was any news on Pearl Jam coming to CT. He said they may be coming to Hartford in the fall and would probably play at the Civic Center! :D

    Yes that would be awsome i like that venue way better than MSG had a fantastic time there last time ... :)

    I didn't know he was always right. If that's the case, I'm very excited now! It would have to be either September or October, since the last show of the tour is most likely going to be the Voodoo Fest.

    Either way, can we agree it's 99.9% certain PJ will be in at the Civic Center in the fall?

    I had a great time at the show in 2010. Not a long drive for me, and hung out at a cool bar before the show. I'd be psyched to do a Hartford/Boston combo this fall.

    I missed out on CT last tour.
    This time round I'm determined to do the entire NorthEast and MidAtlantic Coast

    Hartford a great city, our 30th anniversary, the hotel staff so generous and kind.
    Concert good but really I was too sick to enjoy.

    We hope to pick a new city to visit and see them after the album comes out,
    hopefully feeling tip top and then some...

    or they could always come back to the Fox Theatre ;)

    Everything was just so fantastic about this trip last time (2010). Coziness of the area around the XL Center. The general vibe around town the day of the concert, both before and after. The mega convenience of the hotel that was attached to the convention center.

    And oh, there was this great band that put on a kick ass show!

    Couldn't agree more. One of my favorite PJ experiences ever.
