You can add me to this list.
I didn't mind waiting on line at Wrigley Thursday morning- it was fun meeting and talking to other fans, but I don't want to do it for 2 consecutive days in Brooklyn.
I also would prefer to be able to pre-order them for any show, not just ones you got 10c tix for... Since NY is my local show, I have to buy one night through Ticketmaster. I got Barclays 1 through the lottery, but for Barclays 2 I'll be buying tickets tomorrow (hopefully).1996: 9/28 Randall's Island 1

I'm all in for this!!!
It really sucks dealing with a tube all night not to mention stressing about getting a poster in the first place and waisting time in line when you could be partying. :x0 -

Say whut?
I've shlept around enough postertubes to know that they are a pain in the ass.
Only in Amsterdam I've been able to check the tube in at the free coat check! (Thanks Ziggo Dome) You should have seen it, it looked like a mailorder distribution center. No coats, only tubes.
So no, postertubes at a concert are NO FUN.
And no, I haven't 'flipped' any of my posters. In my world flipping equals scalping. :nono: Just don't buy something that you don't plan on using for yourself. (Except for onesies, that would be kinda weird).
So yes, presale pretty please.Antwerp/London/Nijmegen/Werchter/Camden2/NewYork2/EVChicago1&2/Chicago1&2/

So people don't have to wait in line for hours for a poster.
Imagine this -
When you buy fan club tickets, there is an option.
1 - $35 Check this box to include a poster for this event with your purchase.
2 - $15 Include a bootleg CD+Digital Download of this show with your purchase.
Easy $50 tacked on to your original order. If you don't want it, you uncheck the box.
They will then have no rush or server crash to buy or sign up for poster presales, it's just included. They can ship the items to your home within 30-45 days of the show. They would have an idea before hand how many posters to print for the orders recieved, plus for the show.
I doubt I would complain about the high shipping charges if this was an option.
Example - Bonnaroo 2008, when I bought my tickets in march/April, I could include $12 for a DVD of the event.
The show was in June and the DVD didn't arrive until December. It was worth the wait, and cherished. Easy.
So please consider this if you do bring the presales back!0 -

Bump.
Let's bring this back for the fall tour.0 -
I dont know how much work is to do this for the guys at the merch team of the club but seems to me the guys there are very smart and at some point the logic says they will do this..its the best solution all fans get what they want and the club sells more products.."...Dimitri...He talks to me...'.."The Ghost of Greece..".
"..That's One Happy Fuckin Ghost.."
“..That came up on the Pillow Case...This is for the Greek, With Our Apologies.....”0 -
GO ON, DO IT!

Even Santos said - Petitions rarely work - which is why I tend to avoid them.
But this one just makes 100% sense. When you win tickets via the 10c lottery - you can check yes or no for $30+Shipping for the show print.
Signed!

Signed, please bring it BACK
Worked so wonderfully last time
No stress at venue
No tubes so people play imaginary Star Wars sword/light saber fighting and an innocent fan gets jacked up
No tubes so people don't smuggle 3 ft long 4 inch thick doobs into the venue and an innocent fan gets sky high
No worries and the poster shows up.
Love the idea of check the box for poster and bootleg for 50 bucks
