PJ20 Box Sets, Still waiting...

    Ten Club told me the same thing, over 1,000 of these deluxe PJ20 DVD's have gone missing. They have told me repeatedly that snow delays with UPS are to blame here in the U.S. UPS customer service rep actually laughed that Ten Club is saying they lost 1,000 of the same product. But, with no tracking info, Ten Club covers their ass because there is no tracking info if really these ever shipped or not. I am still standing by my original theory....Ten Club sells initial lot of deluxe DVD's fast, but keeps taking orders for these thinking more will be arriving from manufacturer. Whoops, no more are arriving. How to solve this? Just send out shipping emails, but don't send tracking info. Hopefully people, me included, will hold out hope these might arrive someday and not cancel their orders. This fan club needs new management, obviously over the past few years the problems are getting worse.

    Same boat as you guys. Apparently SOL. Kind of unbelievable really. Got my money back and a "sorry for the inconvenience, 10c." No more 10c merch for this guy, so tired of crap like this.

    I am finally throwing in the towel on this. Ten Club shipping dept said there is no sign of this anywhere, and no tracking info after nearly 2 months. So they are going to refund my order. Epic fail, and I know I am not alone in this debacle. Many, many ten club members did not get this DVD after waiting, and waiting, and waiting.

    Yep, I'm throwing in the towel too.. over 9 weeks have passed and there's no sign of this. I just want my money back now, it's been on their side for far too long... so I emailed the 10C to get a refund and I'm still waiting for an answer.

    thats total bullshit, and anyone over the age of 8 knows it is

    how many did they ship? 5,000? 10,000? are they really going to claim with a straight face that 10-20% of these just vanished after being dropped off for shipment?

    after the limited edition debacle i decided i would never buy any merch from them again, only tickets, but now i have to question if they are honest with me as a customer, and can i trust them at all with my money or information as a club member?

    it is almost as if they take us for granted...

    PJ have already made PJ20 available for free via TV coverage all over the world and the other disks aren't being sold by the band so it should be fair game now - or am i wrong

    The point, (from what I was told by 10c) apx. 1000 orders were shipped (including mine) and were lost and for the most part, have not been received. Believe it or not, in the year 2011, 10c didn't bother to track these orders, these limited edition box sets, and therefore many, many of these orders are no where to be found... Do the math - 1000 x $65 - $85 = a shit ton of money, that eventually will all have to be reimbursed! Therefore, this huge waste of money, well, I assume 10c and/or PJ will basically EAT!

    So, finally after almost 4 months since I ordered the PJ20 box, it's officially considered lost... I'm in contact with 10C to have my money refunded... good luck to all who are still waiting.

    Can't they then manufacture more of these PJ20 box sets? With about 1,000 missing, that's already quite a substantial number, so it might be cost-efficient to manufacture them again. In fact, make even more and those who missed out on the original sale can buy them too. :D

    The 1,000 that are missing are probably the ones on ebay with the buy now offer @ $500..
