Verb Hotel, kind of pricey for what it is...think it was like $300/night for what looks like Best Western standard, but the room looks onto Fenway, so that sold it for me!

You're close... its used to be a Howard Johnson's! I think the band actually stayed there back in the 90s. Anyway, totally renovated now, decent pool, pretty nice restaurant, and its literally one block from Fenway. $300/night is a pretty good rate, all things considered. Enjoy!

Might look for something else this time. Tuesday night, just as close, but over by the Prudential Center. Somebody recommended the Five Horses Tavern, which looks pretty good.

I'm here too. I stayed there in 2016 and it was an easy walk to Fenway and there's a killer dive bar 200' from the entrance.

Five Horses is solid. great taplist and solid "upscale" pub food. It's pricey, but it's to be expected in that area. Also check out The Parish cafe for some of the best sandwiches in the city and a solid draft list too.

Im staying there on Saturday and Sunday night before moving to the Porter square hotel. I'm fine with being a few miles outside of town. We should meet up while we're there!

Awesome! Thanks for the info, and your comment makes me feel a lot better about the price. I'm Canadian, so that works out to about $400 CAD a night. For 5 nights, it makes me a little sick, but after going in 2016 and having the best PJ concert of my life, I decided that it would be nice to be so close, especially for soundcheck and merch lines.
