"Forthcoming" Album???

When is this album gonna drop?  'Can't Deny Me' was released back in March.  I was really hoping we would have something in our hands before these Home Shows went down.  It's been almost 5 years since we've had a PJ album!  Why not do something different and just release the songs one by one every month or so?  It's gonna be very weird if this album doesn't release until next year and still contains 'Can't Deny Me.'  John Mayer released 3 eps over the course of a year which eventually created an lp; VERY cool way of release music to the fans!  We are all thirsty for something new guys.  

...and am very excited for Wrigley in just a few days!

    It seems to be the new way of doing things (not just PJ).   Drop a single, that's intended to be off a new album, but don't release any info of the album.

    I doubt we are going to see this in 2018, maybe next year. Can't Deny Me is the fanclub single for 2017, will we even see a physical release of that this year? Seems PJ really struggle to create any new music together and struggle to get 10-12 new songs together.

    I thought it was confirmed that it was not the fanclub single?

    For a fan friendly band that claims they love making music together, it  is really hard to understand how they cannot put out a new album in half a decade. No one is expecting Ten 2, but we need new music Pearl Jam.  There must be a bigger reason or perhaps they just out have it anymore, have run out of gas.  But seems very odd.  Love everything they ever done... yet it's getting stale with new songs to be excited by...

    Between Trump and Cornell's death, one would think that would be a good start for Eddie to write lots of songs.... 5 years is a long time to wait...
