Hi all - how does the pre-sale early entry work?

I know you have to collect from the box office  - but then do you get in the arena a certain time (say 30 mins) before normal ticket holders?

    Usually entrance is by a different door/gate.
    But depends on the venue.
    More specific information ia provided closer to the show.
