Mike McCready’s ‘A Touch of Football’ takes place this Saturday, September 16th starting at 10 am PT at Seattle’s CenturyLink FieldAll proceeds benefit the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation (CCF) in support of the 1.6 million Americans affected by Crohn’s and Ulcerative colitis disease.

Jeff Ament and Ten Club manager Tim Bierman will once again participate as co-captains of the two-time champion 'Team Pearl Jam' looking to avenge last year's loss.  

This year there are 22 teams and nearly 300 players, both competitive and recreational, competing for their right to the championship trophy! Last year's game helped raise $160,000!

There will be a wide range of family activities including:

  • Kids take the field! - kids 40-yard dash, touchdown dance, kids photo at the 50-yard line (free).
  • Field goal kick ($10 donation per attempt, pre-registration).
  • VIP stadium tours ($5 donation per person, pre-registration).
  • Kids Zone and Fan Zone Activities (free).
  • Silent auction and raffle (featuring sports packages, weekend getaways, concert tickets, wine tours, and more).
  • Food and drink (available for purchase).

In other football related news, Mike will return to CenturyLink Field on Sunday, September 17th to perform the national anthem for the Seattle Seahawk’s home-opener game against the San Francisco 49ers.

Mike McCready was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 1989 and has served as a passionate fundraiser and advocate for over 15 years working in support of people living with Crohn's and Colitis as well as those working to find cures.
