Has anyone received an order confirmation for the Anthology scores book?! I preordered weeks ago and was notified the book was on preorder. Today, I received an email saying they were now out of stock. Sounds like I missed out. Has anyone received an order confirmation?!
2013 - OKC

2016 - Chicago 1

    Just got the same message.  It shows that it is still pending in my orders but not sure what to think

    I received the same message, but just noticed today that they have now charged my credit card.  I would think that means they just shipped the Anthology book?  No shipment notification yet, though.

    Any updates on this?  My card was charged too and my order history shows warehouse but havnt gotten any notifications

    Is it possible to cancel a Ten club order ?
