Since I just joined the Ten Club today, does that mean I can't buy pre-sale since I didn't join before the announcement, even though they're available through 7/27 ? I have to wait until general public sales as of 7/29 ?

    Yes, you have to wait, unless you have a pre-sale code for Ticketmaster. You needed to be a member as of yesterday to enter the Ten Club drawing.
