2014 Bootleg Boxset Damaged

The box has a damaged corner on the bottom and a crease line on one of the ends. Would I be a pain in the ass to want a new one or just be happy that the discs are all there. I'm not sure. The box is kind of a show piece

    email 10c. they should make it right for you. they'll probably ask you to send in the old box.

    contact 10C. they sell the boxes separately so it shouldnt be an issue.

    If they're willing to sell them separately for $30 then you have every right to ask for a new one.

    I wrote ten club and sent photos. If they direct me to nugs then I will do that. I do agree that we pay a lot for these items and the box is a very nice looking box. One that you will want to show off. So hopefully I can get a replacement box.

    I would think they would be happy to send you a replacement box. The box really is nice looking and would be great to display. Let us know what happens.

    This thread got me to thinking. Wouldn't it be a cool idea if PJ/10c made a generic bootleg box holder for those of us who purchase a ton of bootlegs but not every single one from a particular tour?

    Maybe make a bootleg box with a design that consist of various show posters on it from all their tours over the years or maybe pictures of various backstage passes.

    Now that would be a killer 10c gift to get upon renewing your membership! What does everyone think about that?

    I was thinking of making a wooden crate and burn in images with a wood burning tool for all the bootlegs. I have all the CDs from 2000, 2003, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013 and now 2014. And plan on burning the 2005 and 2006 to disc and making the cases for them this winter.

    My box had a dinge on the front bottom right corner as well but nothing to really complain about. On another note, I think with the last boot boxset people complained that the labels did not line up in the box. This new set, they have done a better job lining them up. Looks great. The picture above dosent show that as I think whoever this belongs to ordered the box only.

    You guys can forget that idea. We have to either mail back the defective box or destroy it and send pictures to confirm. Just got an email stating that. I wasn't going to send mine to anyone anyways.
