^this is what I have been told for membership downloads. However, from experience I know the Vault 4 download code can be given to a different user and it works.
I think you may be able to combine 2 codes in 1 order to buy a physical bootleg, (since the coupons are $10 and the physical boot is $17ish) and then change the shipping address to someone else. Never tried it, but I feel like that would work.

My guess is that each year is the same coupon code for all 10c members. Giving that coupon code to someone who has already used it for their 10c account wouldn't work because as far as the system knows, it has already been used by that person even if you have an additional code from someone else. I could be completely wrong, though.
Yeah I very much appreciate the gesture. I do admit that after spending so long figuring what boot to get and it told me the code was invalid was pretty sad! Still really appreciate it, it was a very kind thing to do.
