All that I once held as true
I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.
I have a re ord place I frequent but the guy doesn't buy any RSD items. It kind of stinks but he's been kind to me through the years and I have gotten some sweet vinyl via him. Anyways, I don't have a heap ton of record stores around me. The closest place that has RSD vinyl is about two or more hours away from me...so I resorted to ebay. It kind of stinks but I got it for $75 as well. So I didn't pay an outrageous price for it.
I love The Velvet Underground! Actually I got an unpeeled Banana (Velvet Underground and Nico) via my record guy...
I think I saw a sticker price somewhere that had $60 on it....so $75 is probably the high end.
Frozen 7"
St. Vincent 10"
Green Day "Tune In Tokyo"
Then I grabbed some free Xmas vinyl, including Elvis (shout out Leeze), Randy Travis, Rudolph's 2nd Xmas, Julie Andrews, Nat King Cole and then one non-xmas epic box set of "Great Men of Music - Beethoven"
2010 WATCH IT GO TO FIRE!!
These are also advertised as a limited numbered edition which I don't believe the RSD versions are (anyone know for sure?).
I re-signed up for Neil's mailing list (I was already on it) but never received a discount code email so went ahead and bit.
I figure that the t-shirts (100% organic cotton) are worth $25.00 each so that makes the four 180 gram LPs (pressed at Pallas Mfg. in Germany) also cost only $25.00 each.
Sounds like a deal to me.
I'm listening to a CD of 'On The Beach' right now - forgot just how good it is...
Thank!

MLB last nights 10C Sale
All good...
Bought Love Bone, Lebowski sdtrk, live Green Day and the non-RSD Fugazi 1st Demo (cuz it kicks ass).
That was it. It's work day in Canada, by the time I got to the record store it picked through pretty good. I didn't really see anything that interested me. There was a Ramones Vinyl that was hand selected tunes from another artist, but it was a greatest hits, and I already have Ramones Mania.
I might of bought the Joey Ramone EP or Evlis Christmas Album but saw neither one.... their wasn't a whole lot on this RSD that intrigued me.
