It's been along time since PJ has played Memphis and a lot of us have lost loved ones since then. My Best friend (for over 20yrs) sent me to the Baltimore show as an Anniv gift for my wife and I in Oct and Passed away in Dec. I took him to Memphis in '11 to see Graceland, Sun Studio, Stax Records and all the legendary spots to celebrate his successful cancer removal surgery but it was too late and this past Dec he passed away right before Christmas. His name was Rivers he was a great kind person and a huge Fan of Music, "And seemed to like it here". So please play Light Years for ALL of us who have lost loved ones since the the last time PJ played Memphis so long ago. This is for all of us, I love my 10c Family!! Scary driving in from Atlanta this morning( went to the Falcons/Bears game)had to pull over in Mississippi under an overpass with a bunch of other cars.... Never seen rain like this, felt like a tornado was near by.... Debri started swirling around, zero visibility.... There had to be a tornado close by.... We were probably on the outskirts of it. So happy to make it into Memphis, crazy shit
