I'd rather hear "Save It For Later".

Yes indeed. It was also played in Perth earlier this year. I better update my list (see a few posts back) from a while back!

They played that the same night in Vancouver too. :D

When They started going into It's Okay I practically swooned, lol. It was my white whale. To sing along with the crowd and with Eddie 8 feet from me - that was a real moment for me. Will never forget it!

  • I swear I've heard save it for later at at least half the shows I've attended. It's ok only twice - pj20 and the gorge. The gorge version is one of my fav pj recordings (if not THE fav).
I was going thru a bit of a rough time in 06...so that song really hit me. that 'comforting' feeling; having someone say 'everything will be ok'...is something we kinda stop hearing as adults...I think there is a subconscious effect to this...losing yourself in that song/tag is like reverting back to childhood....feeling vulnerable, yet knowing you have a loved one you trust there to protect and reassure you (and 20,000 friends backing you up). We all need that at times. Pretty emotional experience... I don't know if people can relate...but 'this is how I feel' ;)

bob marley's three little birds has the same effect on me (to a much lesser degree), obviously for the same reason.

Well, they are all good (or at least most of them are) but my top 5 would be:
    1. Toronto 2011 (Yes, there's bias on this one but it really is a great version.)
    2(tie). Jones Beach 2000
2(tie). Virginia Beach 2000 (can't put one ahead of the other as both of these are epic/meaningful performances)
    4. Winnipeg 2000 - includes both a WMA tag AND the It's OK tag.
    5. Berlin 2012
Honourable mentions go to Cleveland and Bologna (both from 2006).

I'd love them to play a stunning version of Daughter followed up by ABITW, WMA, AND It's Okay in one performance sometime. Heck, they can even throw in Let It Go if it pleases them as long as they play the first three!

I better have a closer listen to that one. It's be nice to have an official recording of that one but I should open that can of worms here.
