Food while on tour......
For people traveling to see Pearl Jam later this year, maybe some locals to each city can add their favorite places to get good food. While plenty of people are living on peanut butter sandwiches and water until show time, Im sure come fall, they would like to check out some places to grub while in a new city.
If you have recommendations, add them here!
p.s- i'm sure there will be some friendly arguments about which places are better than others but, its all in fun!
Here is a link to another thread with Things to do in each city-

Brooklyn
All the pizza places you already know about (Juliana's, Grimaldi's, Di Fara, Lucali, Spumoni Gardens, etc.) plus:
Henry Public: for the turkey leg sandwich -- it's one of the best damn sandwiches I've ever had.
Buttermilk Channel: for Doug's pecan pie sundae -- also, their duck meatloaf is insane.
Bar Tabac: a great neighborhood bistro with great bistro staples (steak frites, duck confit, coq au vin, moules frites, etc.).
Brucie: menu changes every day depending on what's fresh at the market, making for a very special and memorable meal.
Char No. 4, good fatty food and all the bourbon a person could dream of -- the pancakes for brunch are dynamite.
two8two burger, their sauce is the closest thing you'll get to In-N-Out, and their burgers are sized so that you don't feel like taking a nap after eating one.
Red Rose, a classic red-sauce joint.
The Good Fork, one of the best meals I've ever had was here -- worth the trip on the B61, and Red Hook could use your business.
Defonte's, also worth the trip on the B61 -- if you need a boozemop on Saturday, the potato & egg will right the ship (closed Sunday).
Le Gamin, another good neighborhood bistro that's a little closer to Barclays.

Those are just a few off the top of my head in the area...There are also some of the usual suspect chain restaurants as well.
Enjoy!!! :-)

McCormick & Schmick's-$$$
Anthony's Pier 66-$$$
The Crab Pot-$$
Ivar's Acres of Clams-$
Ivar's Salmon House-$$ (same chain as Acres of Clams, but finer dining)
Salty's on Alki-$$$
some of these places like for you to make reservations (like McCormick, Ivar's Salmon House, and Salty's) but they will do their best to seat walk-ins.
I will toss it out there for anybody that loves a good cured meat sammy...Salumi is Mario Batali's family owned eatery, they also sell meats by the pound. They are open 11-3:30 Tuesday thru Friday. Line up early if you want to try it.

5 Point cafe, open 24 hours. Huge portions for cheap, best local dive bar greasy spoon. (an Anthony Bourdain fave). The fried cheese curds are awesome, have them with honey.
Of course there is also Beth's Cafe, The Mecca, and The Hurricane.

A little off topic, how bout any boating trips into the Pacific from Seattle? I'd love to take a trip a little off shore, maybe see some wildlife. (Orcas ) I know it will be cold, but I'm usually fishing into December here in NY into the Atlantic...even January if the Cod are there
Thanks for that. I'll likely be there before show 1. Thanks!
