July is too far away and Chicago isn't Boston. It's a nice sentiment but I don't see it happening. As it looks this morning, the case is pretty much solved so I don't believe this incident will be on our collective minds in the middle of summer in Chicago.

i agree with this. the band didn't even acknowledge 9/11 publically until they played MSG in 2003 as it was their first time visiting the city since that day.
if they play boston in the fall opening with long road would be appropriate. but mentioning it in chicago, in july doesn't seem likely at all.
