Buying 10c seats from another member (is this possible)

so how is it possible to buy seats (at face of course) from another member?
Does that other member actually have to go down to the arena? can you email or otherwise notify 10c to have the name changed?

Any info on this topic would be greatly appreciated..

    they said they wouldn't this time around, but the 10c is allowing members to transfer tickets to other members.

    Email tenclub at least 24hours prior to show with this info (name, member#, show date).. you must include both parties info.. They will transfer your tenclub tickets to the other member. I asked for a confirmation email and received one.
