    u need to speak more slowly... he's from England. maybe if you space out the words more, that would help?

    It's....... called...... a....... proxy..... server..... and if those dont work a SOCKS connection might. go here to see what that's all about. you'll need "putty" if you're on windows (can't imagine you're smart enuff to be using linux, so yeah, you'll need putty).
