Quick question for those who have been to the tower theater. I just got livenation tickets and I got 2 and they are seats 2 and 4? I figured maybe 2 and 3 or 3 and 4? Are the seats even and odds or did I really just get 2 seats that are separated? ha

    I got 2 Upper Balcony, seats 1 and 3 in row M.
And so you see, I have come to doubt

your seats are together, they do odds and evens depending on what side of the stage you are on.

Most places do the odd number/even number skips.

But to hijack your topic for a second, does anyone know how many Triple Letters they have? I got Orch DD and want to know exactly what row that is. AAA was the start of the Orch but RR was the back of the first section so my hopes are the DD are really really good? For breast sizes amongst other things. :D

Not sure if you guys checked this out, but it should answer at least some questions.

I don't know how many triple letter rows they have, but you are 14 rows up from that last row RR, so you have to figure it's not too bad. The venue's not that big to begin with. In fact, I'm quite jealous. I pulled Row S in Orch Right Ctr. and I was there RIGHT as they went up. My husband was in about 5 or so seconds after me, and pulled 2 in Balcony Row JJ.
You can always call the venue (I'd wait a few days since they'll probably be attacked by calls today) and ask the box office.
You guys really just have to trust that pretty much every seat there is great. It's such a beautiful theater, and the sound is amazing. It will be a couple of incredible nights. I promise.

From what i can remember the tower has like 4 or 5 rows with triple letters then it starts AA BB and so on. So you've got great seats like 10 rows back not a bad seat if you have triple of double letters. Enjoy i'll be right there with you both nights. Enjoy See everyone at the Waterford

Yep, there are 5 rows of triple letters. I found a detailed seating chart and just posted it above.

You should have no worries. I was in that row for the Death Cab For Cutie Show and they were great seats. You may not smell Eddie's breath, but you won't need your opera glasses either.

never been there--i'm from ny, but i've been to many theaters like this, and if it's the front row of the first balcony; IT'S AWESOME! you will not be disappointed--there are no bad seats in theaters of this size and the sound will be FANTASTIC!

Loge is pretty great, actually. Saw Ray Lamontagne a few weeks ago at Tower, and we sat in Loge Center Row EE. We were very pleased.

This person has a lot of good info/opinions about the Tower, in case you guys are bored.

It's the same site that Solat13's kickass seating chart came from. I just wish someone out there had the same thing for upstairs.

Also, in case you guys want a better idea of your exact seat location, LiveNation offers you the opportunity to pick your seats (I wasn't about to risk trying it for Ed this morning, of course) so if you go into any other show there and pretend like you're going to buy tix, you can see the chart and pick your exact seats.

No joy for me from LiveNation this morning, but I see that the scalper "ticket broker" sites have plenty of seats throughout the house. Sorry, Ed, I love you ... but not this time.

I'm looking forward to this show even more now. I got fanclub tickets the other day due to someone canceling their order. So, if you are the person that canceled your tickets last week... THANK YOU!

Now to the topic at hand. If anyone decides to stay and try to get an autograph, it's best to make sure you have a ride back into the city first. Honestly, that isn't a part of the city you want to be stranded in that late at night. I don't know how often cabs run in that area after 11 or 12 so if you are trying to catch a cab, there may be walking and waiting involved, and that's risky in that neighborhood.
