    Wouldn't be the same in large venue. Part of the Ed shows is the intimacy.

    I'm not saying Wembley Stadium...I'm saying stop playing venues designed for middle school productions of Grease....

    I went to a solo show in San Diego and it was annoying having to listen to Ed tell people to be quite....It's a fucking concert! Play in your living room if you want people to be silent

    At least at the shows I was at, he didn't tell them to shut up, he told them to stop yelling "Eddiee!!!!!" over and over again like jackasses. And the Palace in Albany gets many mainstream acts, Ben Harper played there last year.

    Whatever...My point is that if he played bigger venues then people would stop bitching about getting shut out. I got my ticket for the SD Ed show on Ebay for face value and there were plenty of people willing to part with extras at the show. Most "Sold Out" shows are a thing of the past because of places like EBay, Stubhub, Craigs....

    If you don't have the cash to part with then I guess you just have to wait for the boot. Life isn't fair...

    Horrible idea.. You haven't been to theaters such as oprheum.. the ryman .. tower etc I would assume. It doesn't sound the same in larger venues. 3000 seats or less is where it is at.. you cant go to like a 6000 seat level. you would end up doing outdoor and large arenas if he moved up a level. not a good idea and no fun. plus when you are playing accoustic and solo most of the time you are going to go to places with great sound and not some dump like they played at in Grand Rapids or Toledo

    exactly, I don't think he wants to play bigger venues.
    {if (work != 0) {
    work = work + 1;
    sleep = sleep - work * 10;}
    else if (work >= 0) {
    reality.equals(false);
    work = work +1;
    }system("pause");
    return 0;}

    His solo show was one of my least favorite shows. I felt like I wanted to get up and rock, but Instead I was told to sit through a bunch of songs.

    No my cup of tea I guess.....

    I would still give my left nut to see it again! :D

    i agree with smaller venues for Ed.
    but
    why leave out the NorVa Ed?
