    Concert Bag Policy: In accordance with Pearl Jam Tour Policies, large bags and backpacks (over 15 in. x 17 in.) will be prohibited.

    That's a pretty decent restriction. Some bands or venues have smaller measurements with weird proportions (like 10x13x2) that have forced me to buy tiny, skinny, almost useless purses just for that show.

    Try 5x8x1 if you want a tough policy.
