Seats under an overhang

I've read a few threads about seats located under an overhang not having the greatest of sound quality. However, most of these threads were about Wrigley/Fenway (in which there are quite a few rows in the lower bowl under an overhang). That said, I was able to snag a pair for Seattle 2 (TM Verified) in Sec 142, Row 39...2 seats away from Sec 143. From the looks of it, the seats are located "just under" the overhang.
Do you think the sound would still be lousy? Could it really be that much worse? I got reserved for Seattle 2 through TC as well but due to my high number (532xxx), they could very well be in the 300s. Just wanted to get others opinions. The link below shows a view from Row 39 towards home plate...which looks to be a great sight line to center field/stage location.
