Was listening to our local station last week and they were interviewing comedian Craig Gass and all of a sudden he shares this awesome story about Mike I've never heard before. Thought I'd share it here for anyone interested. Its the podcast from the original show where you hear him tell the story of his friend, a huge Pearl Jam fan, and Good ole Mikey...

    That was great, absolutely great! Mike is the man!

    Sounded like a tangent anecdote  that just ended up being an incredible story.

    Definitely a tangent. They had him on for like 3 different segments. 

    He also does impressions. On one of the segments he shared a story where Lars Ulrich called in, and they had him do a Gene Simmons impression to basically troll Lars...it was pretty funny. 

    But that story about Mike got me. For such a talented rock star he seems like such a down to earth dude. Really genuine.
