"Let's Play Two" - Interested in a Chicago screening?

With the band's ties to the Cubs, Theo Epstein's Foundation to Be Named Later, and the Metro, it feels like a natural fit to have a charity screening of "Let's Play Two" when it is released.

Two venues come to mind:
- The Park at Wrigley, a perfect new outdoor spot that already screens movies when the Cubs are out of town
- The Metro, about the size of the Fenway screening and has connections to FTBNL

Sell tickets for a small donation and raise some money for Theo Epstein's Foundation to Be Named Later and the Vitalogy Foundation. Maybe Wishlist Foundation can get involved somewhere in the mix. It's not like we don't have enough mystery box things to donate to a raffle/auction.

Full disclaimer that I have no connections, and the release date hasn't been communicated yet, but it feels like a great way to have diehard Cubs/PJ fans to gather during a tour-less year. If someone can help get me in touch with people from the organizations, I'd appreciate any introductions.

    I'd love to see a screening but couldn't come to Chicago just for that. More screenings plz!

    I'd say yes if it's a compilation video and no if it's the full show.  3 hours would be way too long to sit in a theater.

    I said this in a different thread......I think they are planning a theatrical release, why bother with registering a domain name or teasers. Probably short run like PJ20 was but still think multiple cities will get this.

    Not interested in a Chicago screening since I live in Toronto. However if the band wants to come and premiere at tiff again, I'll be all for that

    I'm hoping for a broader theatrical release. I saw PJ20 in New York and it was great.

    Looks like that's definitely the case. Hoping the Chicago screening info is coming soon, especially if it's around the time for the playoffs (when Eddie may be roaming around Wrigleyville again).
