Yield - Vinyl Reissue

...I am going to get bombed for this...but I just received my copy of the vinyl reissue of Yield and the packaging is a little lackluster.

Just going by the heavyweight packaging and gatefold of: Ten, Vs, Vitalogy, Backspacer and Lightning Bolt, Live at TMR...this is just a little "cheap" for lack of a better word. Just a die-cut pic sleeve

YES...I am very thankful for this being released on vinyl finally...but seeing this is my favorite PJ album and the anticipation was killing me...I guess I was just hoping this would have a nice heavy gatefold sleeve that would look nice along with my other PJ vinyl. :(

Sorry for the rant and what will be perceived as bitching or ungratefulness. Am I the only one?

    Thats how the OGs were. Sleeve with art/lyrics/photos and a sticker.

    Probably an exact duplicate of the original version.
    This is just a reissue, not a deluxe version or anything...

    That's how the original is as well. Seems like they went that route for it then. Do you have the OG? Interested in an honest comparison on the pressing.

    I know...like I said, was just hoping for more of a "protective" sleeve for the first repress since '98.

    Yep. Not sure about sound quality. Still at work.

    Again...in all caps...I do LOVE that this was reissued.
