Article on jsonline.com announcing camping has been approved at Alpine Valley for about 3,500 people. The capacity will drop from about 37,000 to 28,000. Really hope PJ comes back now cause this is awesome!

So they're using a part of the venue capacity for a campground??

They are using one of the parking lots as the campground. My guess is the green lot, the one furthest from the venue.

My guess, because they wouldn't have enough parking for 37,000 people now.

here's the article. 554 campsites accomodating up to 4 people per site.

the 9,000 capacity "lost" will be those back highgrass-ass land seats, anyway .

you,'ll see it in the picture....those far back grass-ass seats behind those two blackly dressed people
